Ross Coulthart Alleges U.S.-Made Craft, Not Alien, Spotted in Nimitz Incident, Raising Questions About Government Secrecy

Australian journalist Ross Coulthart has sparked controversy in the UFO community, claiming the 2004 Nimitz “Tic Tac” UFO, famously encountered by Navy pilot Commander David Fravor, was Lockheed Martin technology, not extraterrestrial.

Speaking on the Need to Know podcast, Coulthart cited unnamed sources, asserting the craft’s advanced capabilities were human-made, possibly concealed to hide U.S. strategic disadvantages against adversaries like China.

Dr. Steven Greer and Rep. Eric Burlison echoed similar claims, citing anonymous sources and unverified accounts of Lockheed’s involvement.

However, Fravor’s 2023 congressional testimony described the Tic Tac’s technology as beyond known human capabilities.

Coulthart’s lack of concrete evidence, relying on anecdotal sources, has fueled debate about government transparency and defense contractor secrecy.

Congress is urged to investigate, as the UFO community grapples with distinguishing fact from disinformation.
