Landmark Rulings Now Accessible on GovInfo

The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) has released a digital collection of U.S. Supreme Court cases spanning 1790 to 1991 on GovInfo, a platform providing free access to federal government information.

The United States Reports, compiled by the Court’s Reporter of Decisions, include pivotal cases like Marbury v. Madison (1803), which established judicial review; Brown v. Board of Education (1954), declaring segregated schools unconstitutional; and Miranda v. Arizona (1966), mandating police inform suspects of their rights.
