Oxford, NJ – Congressman Shri Thanedar (D-MI), who introduced impeachment articles against President Trump on April 28, 2025, for alleged constitutional violations, has a troubling past that undermines his moral stance.

In 2010, Thanedar’s company, AniClin Preclinical Services, abandoned 173 animals—118 beagles and 55 monkeys—in a New Jersey lab after bankruptcy, leaving them to starve until rescued by animal rights groups, per a 2018 Metro Times report.

Libs of TikTok highlighted this on April 30, 2025, stating, “This is the guy who wants to impeach Trump. Unbelievable.”

Thanedar blamed Bank of America, but Bridge Michigan’s 2018 Truth Squad rated this “False,” noting his firm ignored the bank’s offer to fund animal care.

Critics argue Thanedar’s history of neglecting vulnerable beings contradicts his claim that President Trump endangers democracy, revealing a stark hypocrisy in his political crusade.
