Pham’s criminal history includes convictions in Westminster, California, for assault with a deadly weapon, false identification, and carrying a concealed blade, as well as voluntary manslaughter and parole violations in Santa Ana. His arrest underscores ICE’s focus on targeting gang members posing threats to public safety.
Kevin Lopez
ICE officers detained Kevin Lopez, a known criminal alien, on May 8, 2025, as part of ongoing enforcement efforts. Lopez, with a history of violent offenses, was apprehended after evading authorities. His capture reflects ICE’s persistence in tracking down individuals with extensive criminal records to ensure community safety.
Ariberto Roque-Sanchez
Ariberto Roque-Sanchez, a Mexican national, was arrested by ERO Salt Lake City on May 7, 2025. Roque-Sanchez had multiple convictions, including drug trafficking and illegal re-entry after deportation. Previously apprehended in January 2025, his re-arrest demonstrates ICE’s vigilance in addressing repeat offenders who illegally return to the U.S.
Bryan Chirinos-Zelaya
On May 7, 2025, ERO Salt Lake City also arrested Bryan Chirinos-Zelaya, a Honduran national with a record of sexual assault convictions. Chirinos-Zelaya, who had been deported twice before, was nabbed following a targeted operation.
